Thursday evening, October 1st, 2009, the Putnam City Foundation Executive Director, Caroline Gist and Board Vice President, Priscilla Cude, were honored at the Journal Record "Woman of the Year-50 Making a Difference" Award Presentation and Banquet held at the Cox Convention Center. These women were selected for their significant achievements and distinguished service to our community.
Caroline Gist, executive director for Putnam City Foundation, has increased annual contributions by 480 percent since starting with the Foundation in 2000. She has received an outstanding program award from the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence for Author Visits in 2006 and for Challenge Day in 2008. She serves on the board of Leadership OKC Alumni Association, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the Northwest Chamber.
Priscilla Cude, vice president for the Putnam City Foundation board of trustees, is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for First Bethany Bank & Trust. She is a distinguished past president of the Bethany Kiwanis Club, and is also a Junior Achievement classroom volunteer.
Congratulations to both of these women for being recognized as outstanding community leaders through the "Woman of the Year-50 Making a Difference."
